Any guarilla marketing ideas for a video game store?
We offer new and used video games and dvd’s. We have an area in the store where you can play video games on 8 – 62" DLP HD televisions. We have bithday and lan parties, disk repair (Resurfacing) we offer vintage games as dreamcast and n64. Two stores in our area?

I have run several campaigns that were successful. We placed 10,000 hologram stickers on the back of street signs in the downtown area. We did the same campaign on 3 college campuses. We hung a giant banner off a bridge during a Day long Jazz Festival. If your local TV station does live remotes stand behind them with a poster board.
Contests would be a great idea. You can use that setup and run an amazing contest for prizes for young kids and teenagers. Not only will this draw "free" publicity from word of mouth, it will also introduce more people to your store.
Remember, not ever buys from a place because it’s cheaper. Making your store unique and exciting will bring people.
