Can I give, provide certificates?
I am doing business – computer repair, website design, and variety types of training like Microsoft office training or computer training. Until now I have been doing those trainings without giving people any certifications, I mean certificates. I would like to start giving certifications, is this possible? My business is not registered to anything or something like that.
For example can I give a certification like there is in this link:

I can make such thing in Microsoft Office word or Office Publisher, couldn’t be a problem
Am I going to be in trouble for giving for example I don’t know "home made" or "fake" certificates. How does it work? thanks

As long as you specifically state that the certificate is given by your company, which has no affiliation to any accreditation group, standards group or certification group, you should be OK.
Of course, you realize that the value of such certificate is practically zero, but it could make your customer feel good, which I suspect is what you want to achieve..
You can certainly use templates for the certificates, just do not make them look similar to those given out by Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, U of Phoenix, or any other recognized institutions. They will quickly find out and sue you.
