I recommend hand-codong your pages and validate the CSS and HTML often before making the site. You can do all this locally on your computer where you can keep a backup of the complete site.
I would also find a better hosting than Yahoo.

You can definitely use Dreamweaver to design your website. For Yahoo Small Business, they provide some templates, or else you can custome build it. In case you need any help on the designing part, you can take website designing and development support fro Shapia Software Solutions Private Limited ( http://www.shapia.com )
Sure, but you will need to learn some HTML, CSS, PHP, and Ajax at the least before you are able to build that type of site.
Dreamweaver is not the easiest of web dev tools to just pick up and use, and it will not provide you with the depth scripting you will need to implement such a site on its own.
I would start small, and learn the basics of web development before you try to tackle something like developing an e-commerce site.
You can do it, but it is going to take some time and energy to learn the tools of the trade.
As you may know a domain name is just a name, not a real website. If you are going to create your website: 1- Buy a domain name. A domain name is a name you want to call your website. To get a domain name, you have to pay an annual fee to a registrar for the right to use that name. 2- Buy a web hosting service to provide your online space and enable you to get your website online at your purchased domain name.

You need a web hosting service which supports online payments like, Master Card, Visa & PayPal. It is very important that your service be uptime. It means that you can access your account whenever you want to update your web pages, and your visitors can view your website whenever they type your website address. If your hosting service is not uptime it is real hell!
If you want to start your website I recommend purchase your domain and hosting together. In this way it is possible to get your domain for free. Some hosting services offer this gift today.
If you want to run a successful e-commerce you must choose a reliable web hosting service. The security of your business directly depends on the security of your hosting service. (Hacker safe)
Take a look at: http://www.threehosts.com/business
There you can reach the three reputable companies that are leaders in the E-commerce web hosting industry. They fulfill all your requirements to sell online. By using each of them, everything you need for your business website is provided in one eCommerce Hosting Package.
Good Luck!
If you are looking for COST EFFICIENT way to get the best website for you, I think you should consider features also & not only cheap rates.
I think you should consider some feature rich website package to start your business. Something like

* Flash Header
* Free Domain Registration/Hosting (for 1 year)
* 10 Email Accounts
* On-page Search Engine Optimization
* Submission to 95% of Local Search Engines
* Google/Yahoo/MSN Site Map
* Google Analytics integration
& I think DesignersX provides all this for a very nominal price as I had it for my Ball Machine Shop. Check out http://www.ballmachines.com.au
