Do I need business or premier paypal for my website?
It’s a website where I should get probably 5-6 transactions a day if it goes well. It’s a small business but it may grow. I cannot tell which I should need, any advice?

Since you are just starting out, my suggestion would be to use the ‘standard’ account. Your buyers would go direct to Pay Pal for purchases and then be redirected back to your site.
Of course you will sign-up for the business option, you are operating a business. The nice thing about working with Pay Pal is the ability to ramp up as your business grows.
If you’re still not sure, use the ‘Service Wizard’ on the site. It will give you an idea of the type of service that’s right for your business.
