Do know of any team building exercises for teens?
Or any free websites. I’ve found a lot that cost money, I would like to have some free ideas if possible. Thanks for your help.

There are really simple things you can do like get a beach towel or a shower curtain (depending on size of group) and tell them they all have to stand on it and then switch places with someone elsewithout taking their feet off.
