They are a private business and can choose who they buy from, since your games are directly converted into stock. They do not accept games from dealers due to their own company policy. Next time don't tell them you are a flea market dealer. If they were forced to buy all the games any potential dealer brought them then someone could potentially bring in 100 games and demand they purchase them. It is perfectly legal. If you have multiples of any title, you will probably have to sell them over time or have a few of your friends help you turn them in for cash. Otherwise, put them on ebay for cost +S/H simple…..DON’T TELL THEM YOU ARE A "DEALER".

That may have flagged you as a pirate rather than a legitimate business-person.. (You could very well be legitimate but it's no secret video game/movie pirates use flea markets to move their product.) Especially since you wanted to sell for cash instead of store credit..
