How are these websites built?
Sometimes I’ll click on a link and get a what I call a "scam" selling campaign page, i. e.
http://automaticforexsystemtrading.com/fapturbo.html
http://www.affiliateclassroom.com/student.html
They all look alike, tons of print requiring lots of scrolling, embedded video, etc. Do the owners go to a particular company to have them made, or do they do them themselves? Are they true websites, or something else? Thanks in advance.

They are called "minisites". Usually offering something that you don’t need and try to get your money for it
It’s a bunch of HTML code and text. They build them themselves and their skills aren’t very impressive.
What is a "true" website? Are there "false" websites?
They look like scams.. And no, they’re not "true" websites in the sense of actually doing what they claim to do.
I can make hundreds of those sites, it’s not that hard. Once you know how to make one.
they are fake,….they don’t go to particular websites makers….they make self………..or give it 2 some one(student’s or any one who know how to do a website’) and they makes for them…..
