How can one easily build a MULTI-Media website?
What programs or point and click services offer simple instructions for building websites? I wish to upload LOTS of instructional audio and video to subscribers of the site. Thank you.

Take a look at Joomla (http://www.joomla.org/about-joomla.html). It will handle the registration/subscription process for you, and there are a number of extensions (http://extensions.joomla.org/index.php?option=com_mtree&task=listcats&cat_id=1821&Itemid=35) for managing multimedia that allow downloads for subscribers.
A CMS like Joomla is probably going to give you the fastest and most cost-effective (in this case, free) route to the kind of site you describe.
The main thing you’re going to have to be careful about is the web host you select. If you’re serving/streaming a lot of multimedia content, you probably aren’t going to be able to get by with a lightweight server.
