how do i promote my website??(i need free ways)?
okay, we’ve created a website that aims to provide solutions to emotional or mental distress, or any problem a person may be facing. so, the contents are related to psychology. but, how do we promote it? since we’re just starting, we need free of cost promoting ways. let me know what i should do. and if it matters here is the site address. please copy-paste it, (since i don’t want my question to be reported for posting links).

Aritlce writing and submissions to places like EzineArticles, etc
Directory listings in free directories
Blog posting with links back to your site

Blog comment posting with your keywords as the anchor text for what you want to rank for
