How do you get a website site on a search engine?
Hello All,
I am new to building websites and was wondering:
How do you get a new website onto all the big search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN etc)?
How long does it take after you submit you site to a search engine for it to show up on the search results?
How do you get them to the 1st position when you get the search results?

If you’re using your website to sell or generate leads for your sales team, run paid search advertising campaigns. SEO is very difficult once your realize your online success is based on:
1. how many visitors your site gets a month, and
2. how well your site converts the traffic into sales or leads.
With that said, always code your site using SEO basics (title tags, alt tage, content, and index friendly site architecture).

If you are new at building websites, I would suggest that you take a little time to educate before you execute. You can also find a great web host that will assist you. I found a web host that offers all the tools at an affordable price. They also assist and analyze each step. It is great for the beginner. There are a few good web hosts out their that will assist in building a website that will get great search results. If you search I would suggest that you compare feature by feature then dollar for dollar.

I’m not sure about yahoo or msn, but google uses a unique indexing process that is almost impossible to "cheat." Goggle method: The more sites linked to your site, the higher rank it will be on results.
Hi! Before I answer your question, I want to clear one thing. Are they really websites or just blogs? Anyway, your answer will not be directly related to my answers.
