How to make a commercial for self promotion?
This might sound like an odd question but I was wondering where/whom do I get into contact with if I want to have a commercial made that would be on my website. This would be for business/career purposes and sort of a self promotion type of a thing. Money’s not an issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Many local television stations have "production" facilities. Cameras and lighting and backdrops. They even help with telling you where to stand and how loud to talk. They usually provide these for their customers who are paying to advertise on tv. If you are willing to pay, you can buy it.
Or go to your local community college and the students in the film school will do it for free.
