As you’ve heard the real estate things have gone down. I need a place to get a FREE!! website to advertise.
i want to make sure that i’ll be able to get customers and not have the website without any visitors.

Microsoft has the free officelive program. I highly recommend that you don’t be so cheap…it will help you out much better in the long run!
you can get a free myspace page
everything else will probably cost you $ in hosting fees for your own .com web address
I’d be glad to make you a free website. I’m just getting started in the webdesign industry and I’m looking to take on more sites for my portfolio. Just provide me a way to contact you if you’re interested.
You have two problems.
1) You need a website.
2) You need a way to attract potential customers.
Try this test. Go to http://www.Yahoo.com. Search for the phrase "appraiser Seattle".
Below the blue tinted Sponsored Results, you will see a red Y! symbol. Then you will see
Appraiser near Seattle – Local Results
Steven Rittenhouse Appraiser – (206) 343-7560 – 311 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA – 0.44mi – map
Alexandria Rossoff Jewels – (206) 381-3949 – 402 University St, Seattle, WA – 0.25mi – map
Associated Appraisers – (206) 729-2666 – 8620 Roosevelt Way Ne, Seattle, WA – 5.34mi – map
Yahoo! Shortcut – About – Send appraiser seattle to your cell
Yahoo as well as other search engines is trying to replace the telephone yellow pages by selecting EXACTLY 3 local businesses.
You can test with any type of business in any city. In some cases, you will have to use a phrase like "real estate appraiser in dallas texas".
These ad results are free, but you need to understand the website content which is most likely to put your listing in one of the three positions.
Here’s another test. Identify a successful competitor and analyzer their website. Are they using Google Adwords to find customers? Do they use a coupon or promo code to identify the lead source?
Remember the old selling maxims.
1) Sell the sizzle, not the steak.
2) You need a USP: Unique Selling Proposition. Once you have top position on the search engines, you still need a reason that distinguishes you from 50 competitors.
Even though you like freebies, if your competition pays $1 per Google Adword click, is it really out of your budget to pay $1.05?
Good luck,
