I would like to learn how to build websites and design them how would I go about doing that?

Download tutorials from bittorrent, they have a bunch and they’re all free. Google bittorrent and you’ll find out how it works and what you need to do. isohunt.com is a great site to download torrent and run your bittorrent program and download P2P.
w3schools.com Start with html and then javascript. Eventually you will need to know it all and then some.
