Is it legal for one to advertise a competitor’s business via a website who’s address is your business’ name?
Is it legal for someone to have a website, the web address of which is the name of your own business, and explicitly advertise a competitor’s business?And are any laws infringed if that person attempts to sell/extort that website to you? Thanks

I don’t truly understand your question.
If someone else buys the domain name, pays for the hosting, then refers customers to your business, why would you be complaining?
As for the extort money for the website, there is some Fed law that was put on the books to limit this, but I have no idea what it is called and what the parameters for damages are.
