is it okay to ask for the psa/dna certification number before buying signed item?
I want to buy an autographed item from ebay and it says it has psa/dna certification. the psa/dna website allows you to enter in the cert. number to verify authenticity and ide like to do this before buying. Is this okay to ask the seller for this number? thanks! easy ten
