YES! Check out Auctiva.com. It is made for sellers of eBay and offers great free listing tools for you to dress up your eBay ads!
There is also something called eBay turbo. It is a tool you can download from eBay and it works on your computer even when yo are not on eBay or on line. It is specifically made for organizing your eBay items!
Ever heard of Craigslist? It is free to list and sell on craigslist.com!

ever heard of going to Ebay and looking for the fee information there? As for having a legitimate business (i.e. getting registered with the state and getting a sales tax permit, plus getting your business name on file with your city/county), there is not really any need for it if you are just selling on Ebay, but I would go ahead and get licensed once you know it will be successful so that you can at least appear legitimate to wholesalers/distributors…. but good luck trying to do business with them unless you’re willing to buy "seconds" (aka factory rejects) and/or in huge quantities (thousands of dollars worth). Yes, I’ve tried before… it’s almost impossible to get started in a decent business without a substantial investment and that involves some risk, and that’s why not everybody owns there own business. good luck to you.
