is there posibilities that building websites in localhost first is not good?

   Yes, it’s fine to use localhost as long as you have the necessary technologies installed. If you’re just doing static HTML, then you won’t need to do anything special. Just make sure that your webhost supports whatever technology and platform you’re using.

   Hey Sheila, it’s completely fine to do this. If you’re using Dreamweaver or a software like it, you can create the entire site on your computer and test it just like you would online.

   Once you get it ready, all you need to do is upload all the files to your hosting account. If you don’t have one, you can get one at Hostgator. They’re really cheap. I pay less than $10 for my account through them. Plus you can host multiple websites on one account.

   Next, just register you domain name through someone like Godaddy and direct it to your hosting account. Don’t worry, if you don’t how to do this, they can help you out.

   Now, all you need to do is upload the html files to your hosting account. To do this, the easiest way is to use a ftp client. You can use the built in ftp clients that most html editors offer but I’ve found them to be a pain sometimes.

   I recommend using an ftp client called "Filezilla". It’s completely free to use, all you need to do is search for Filezilla on the your favorite search engine and your ready-to-go.

   The best way I have found to learn about HTML editing including CSS has been, set of video tutorials that I picked up from a site at http://kompozer-nvu.info/ These these videos demonstrate how you can get a free software called kompozer download it set it up and how to use it.
   These videos have made it so easy for me to create amazing websites easily.
