my itunes library does not add video mp4 files once there are 92 files in it. how can i add the files?
i also want to know what is wrong with the itunes library that this problem has occured. my ipod is 30gb. only 1gb of video files are their now. the marketing man told me that i can have 14 hrs video in it . now i can store only 1 gb. i want an answer

it depends on the size of the videos on it,do you have movies on it or something? movies are like 4 to 5 gigs,and how much music do you have on it.you might be looking at the size of music you have on it.and if not than save all your videos and music into somewhere and reset your ipod in itunes.
30GB holds 7,500 songs, 25,000 pictures and 75 hours of video!tell that dumbass he’s wrong! or maby you just need to take it back and get one thats not fucked up! he or she prob scammed you!
