I wanted to start a blog/ informational site. I was curious as to how something like this could make money. I understand Google Adsense is one way.

Can you use Adsense with other banner programs?
Will search engine optimization bring in any direct money?
If I am not selling anything, is the only way to make money through advertising?

Okay I think I finally have it down and just want to see if everyone out there agrees or not.

1) Find your niche
2) Create a list of keywords that people might use to find your site.
3) Research the list of possibilities and narrow down the list to use one or two keyword phrases that:

* Have Low Competition Rate
* How a decent Adsense Payout

4) Create a list of secondary keywords that are relevant to the site.

5) On front page use the "core" keyword in title tags, Meta tags, and sprinkle here and there within the body of the page.

6) Use the secondary set of relevant keywords to create post/pages but use the core keyword phrase in post/page title in variations like;

If my core keywords were "make money"

Use "make money online" for one post and then another be "make money with ebay"

7) Link each page to one another so that the spiders can crawl each page.

Have competition….(buddies) in my field setup one way anchor text links pointing to the post / page that has that anchor text within the title?

9) Wait until my search traffic has converted over to mainly organic traffic from search engines to avoid being smart priced.

Does this sound about right or am I missing something, or am I shooting straight?

Okay for the past 6 months I’ve been digging around on making money with blogger and adsense and also recently starting getting into affiliate ads. I plan on launching many site and writing articles on each blog to promote traffic.

My Question is….is my method called Bum Marketing???? If not what the heck is bum marketing??

Im try to do research on building my own gaming pc. Could someone point me in the direction of a couple of good websites that have reliable info that I can read. Its a pain when searching the internet because its clogged up with peoples blogs or websites that have no credibility and usually just a means to make money from adsense.

So, if anyone knows of a major website that give credible reviews, product details etc, I’d be very grateful. Thanks.

I have recently acquired a blog about the Indian Stock Market. Unfortunately I know very little about the stock market, and even less about the Indian Stock Market. I want to know where I can get articles written for very cheaply. I want to pay no more then a few dollars per article so PLR articles are fine. Also I would appreciate if the articles were keyword targeted for Adsense. If you know any where that I can get these articles, please tell me.

I am currently promoting a new website with Google AdSense. I am not a smammer/pushy type that goes around being obnoxious and pushing their site on bulletin boards etc.

I am looking for some tactfull ways to promote the site until it gets a following. I figure if people like the content, they will come, I just need to kickstart it. I don’t have a lot of time, but I can invest a little to promote it. The problem is website promotion seems like a very shady business with a lot of scammers, so I am cautious (and went with Google). Any other ideas?

I have a website set up thru Yahoo Small Business. I can view the source code. I also generated the HTML code from adsense for pasting.

The problem is where do I paste it?

I read the Google implementation guide but it was useless. The example didn’t look at all like my source code I viewed.

I am correct to think you need your own website first and then you apply for adsense to put links on your website. Does your website have to be business based? How much does creating a simple website cost? Can it just be a webpage and will you make any money? any help would be appreciated.

2. Can I tell everybody to look at my website through through some forum?
Will these 2 ways will be objectionable by adsense and click bank?

anybody knows how to do article marketing the proper way? i would be interested to know how often i should post articles to article directories for an adsense website. let’s say that the website has 10 pages and that i write 10 articles (1 for each page of the site) and then i submit each of those articles to all major article directories like ezinearticles.com and articledashboard.com etc.
my question is this: once i have submitted those 10 articles is my work done for that website or i should write other DIFFERENT 10 articles and submit those ones as well? and if i should continue doing this, how many times should i do it and at what intervals of time?

As suggested by friends that affiliate marketing ads can be published with Google adsense, But I am not sure that which affiliate marketing is the best and Genuine and Don’t conflict with Adsense.

I was looking into the entire Adsense thing and noticed that traffic is a must for this to work and then i came across Affiliate marketing. I signed up for Clickbank but can REAL money be made with affiliate marketing? I’m a good writer but I’m not sure that advertising someone elses product is a good money maker. Any thoughts on whether Affiliate Marketing is worth it? Thanks

I want to make revenue using adsense and doing affiliate marketing and i am completely lost on the whole process of getting started. I am more of a hands on learner that learns best by being shown how to do it first and then practicing over and over to get it right. If anyone can help me out, I would greatly appreciate it.
I would love a mentor on how to do it, if anyone could, let me know.
