I need to ask you something about SEO (Search engine optimization) . What is SEO ? . And how it really helps us to increase traffic on our website. Will it be useful to invest on some of the seo techniques for my blog ?

I have my own blog, but I’m struggling to do search engine optimization. A friend of mine said I should use a guide, but I’m not very technical. What I will need is a step by step guide, what would you recommend?

Okay for the past 6 months I’ve been digging around on making money with blogger and adsense and also recently starting getting into affiliate ads. I plan on launching many site and writing articles on each blog to promote traffic.

My Question is….is my method called Bum Marketing???? If not what the heck is bum marketing??

I have started working with a few programs that offer Affiliate Marketing training, and was inundated with so much information that I was overwhelmed and haven’t started any blog or web site yet. I’m not sure which programs I should stay with and which I should cancel because they don’t seem too helpful.

Do any of you professionals have advice for me as to the process and priorities, as well as which programs are the best?

However, I also want to have a blog or web site for retirees with several pages on different subjects that can promote other affiliates. Which is better–a blog or web site for that purpose?

I have a new blog and in Webmaster Tools it’s site map all pages are indexed but i dont see my blog in google search with my blog url. And another problem is my another blog which is one year old is ok in google with all it’s posts but but the problem is that it is not bringing any traffic from yahoo though yahoo indexed some of my posts and in
Live search it did not indexed even my home page. Please tell me what i could do now. Should i use Active WebTraffic or Internet Business Promoter (IBP) like tools. Which one is best Active WebTraffic or IBP. Please give me some solution.

I’ve hired an SEO Company for my blog. They concentrate on small businesses and I’ve given them a shot after getting a good sales pitch.

Anyway, I’m still learning the fundamentals of proper Keyword research. And, from what I do know, it seems as though the company have chosen particular keyword phrases that are not of value to me.

My blog is about "college advice and tips." They gave me the targeted keywords of: help with learning and learning help.

Would someone please be kind enough to do some research and see if these would be of value to me? I did Google keyword research, and maybe it’s just me, but those phrases are horrible and not profitable at all!

Any advice guys? Could you tell me why or why not it’s a good keyword?

I’m trying to figure this out for a small business situation. I know the price will vary from situation to situation. I am not looking for an answer that says it depends on this or that… I know there are different factors that affect a price. However, if you could give a ball park average for a business making a few million in sales a year. (I worked at a Chick-fil-A restaurant that makes 3.5 million a year.) A busy fast-food restaurant should fit that description. I’m not talking about companies like Apple or Best Buy.

The best answer would be one that breaks the price down to a monthly cost for each platform. The price could even vary. I.e.
1. How much would it cost for a Facebook fan page? 0 – ,000
2. How much for a Twitter page? ,000 – ,500
3. How much for a blog… and how many posts per a week would that price include? 0 per blog entry
4. How much to have a website optimized for search engines? 1 million a month
5. What else is there and how much does it cost. EzineArticle marketing – 0 per article

Now tell me…..every website/article directories including my own blog i have that one particular content but all the links refers to my blog….so is this a duplicate content?
