I’m doing a project in math that involves building a virtual house and finding all the area and prices of materials. I have a very small house (because I screwed up) and also cannot find a place to buy stone, like for the front of a house. Any websites where I can find house building materials?

How does the US Construction Industry purchase its building materials?
This question is specifically on the Insulation purchases by Commercial industries

we produce quartz slabs,sometimes help to process it to countertops .

But many customers buy sets,finished products.
Usually,our customers come from fairs,but no good results these years.

Anybody know is there any good web or forum of building materials and stone materials ?

If you can grow the straw to build your own home in a season, why don’t we use straw bale building more?

Straw Bale Building is also Permaculture because:

You are auto sufficient in your own building materials: You grow the materials on your own land so there is less environmental damage/input: transport, mining, etc.

Straw and Mud are collected from homestead and the whole building will be returned to the homestead eventually. It uses natural materials that will return without trace when the building is no longer needed. Limits your personal environmental impact.

Whereas bricks production has many environmental costs including production, transport, environmental impact, CO2 production etc.

Relies on self reliance: The homesteader does not require special skills.

Resource use: It is using, a byproduct: ie an otherwise unused resource. Each resource should be used for as many functions within a system.

The section im working on is the exterior part of the building. Im trying to find websites or resources that give me information about different products/building materials/windows/roofs or anything else that deals with the exterior. My problem is all I can find is company websites that sell those products, not information on them that I can write a report with.
