I am trying to build a blog as part of a project, and I have been told not use blogger or any of the blog building websites, Requirement is to get access to my blog privately without using any public site that requires me to log on to them before i get to my blog. I was thinking about starting up a business but I need help and I want someone to set it up to where I’ll be guaranteed to have it up and moving. I was wanting to do it online. I need the website to set up orders and payments by money order or credit card. Anybody know of websites that can do it for me automatically even if I don’t know much about HTMLs or building websites?

I’m currently using PHPWebSite as an engine for the site.
I don’t really like this software because it’s really buggy and not very well written.

How can I build a political website? I have a great idea for a non-profit political action website. I have no experience in building websites. What steps would you advise to do this?
I am a noob when it comes to building websites. I used microsoft office word to type all my stuff and upload images. However when I save as html format. The margin seems to go off. Is there any way I could convert to html format and still keep the format of the files?
