I have just launched a new website and I have a question about how the keywords work. In the near future I will be contracting a professional SEO company to take care of these matters but in the meantime I have 5 worth of Google Adwords credits that I would like to get started with. Mostly because I want to familiarize myself with some useful techniques to take care of this on my own in the future and save some money. And I would rather make a mistake with these credits than my own money.

I’ve started a campaign and at first it was running ok but within a few hours they all stopped appearing on the search results with my specified keywords.

A little about my website, I’ve created a local auction site where people can post legitimate live auctions within their communities for cash deals and local pick up or delivery. Its free with no insertion or final value fee’s. I believe this is the safest way to go. If anyone reading this has ever browsed Kijiji than you would have a better idea of how things work. What separates my site from kijiji is that its an auction platform rather than classified. We use similar elements in regard posting within your community, meeting seller and only using cash.

I have researched many keywords such as kijiji toronto, kijiji oshawa and the results showed that the competition was very low and the CPC avg was extremely low. The search’s per month on these keywords were very high, so I decided to use about 20 similar keywords and some without the use of kijiji. I figure that people who are interested in posting classifieds might also be interested in posting free auction listings. Most of my ads have my domain than the city, an example would be, mydomain toronto; mydomain ottawa; mydomain alberta etc… So there are exact matches with keywords within my title and my keywords and when I check the keyword analysis tool its telling me that my ads are not displaying and most of them are scoring 4/10 or lower. 3 are showing and are 5/10 but they do not have reference to kijiji.

Is there a way to work these keywords into my ads? They are very relevant to my website and I have set my max CPC value much higher than the highest bid being {content}.24. Why are my ads not displaying? Do I need to have both Kijiji and the region within my ad?

Which internet game would you be more likely to play? These would both be PHP driven, if you’re curious. (I’m trying to choose which one to consider making)

They’d also be multiplayer, where you can fight / play other real people – but there’d also be AI players for those times when you’re either on at 2 am or sick of people.

Game A:
This is an RPG-like game. with players divided into teams / clans / whatever. Then each team would have to fight for both points and control of a map. The teams would be directed by an elected leadership counsel which chose what moves to make and where to send their members on this map. Based on where the team controlled, xxx resources would be gained per day which would then be distributed to the members. Each player would have stats which could be modified by armor, weapons, training, and experience. Battles would be turn based, and partially modeled after the Neopets Battledome. The game would reset when one team conquered the world. Premium account options would include scouting reports of the enemy, more influence in politics, and access to newly released items before other players. Based on performance, points are awarded at the end of the game which can be spent on special weapons or transferred into premium credits.

Game B:
This would be a site where you can play the game Stratego online, which we’re all pretty familiar with. I would then like to add a revamped war board game that mixes in elements of battlefield leaders, line of site, terrain, and luck. Premium account options would include game analysis (where did you mess up?), a "memory" option where the server would remember what enemy pieces you’ve seen for you, and cool armies (for example, having the players of the Yankees as your army… Derek Jeter might be your 8, Alex Rodriguez as your 10, etc.)

I really would like to do one, but can’t decide between the two. I might do both down the line, but would like to pick the better one to start with.

What would you personally rather play, and which do you think more people would rather play?

I also would love suggestions on how to improve either idea.

I’ve recently become interested in Feng Shui 4 my home. I just moved into a house & would like 2 apply Feng Shui principles 2 it. I’ve been reading about the placements of objects/colors in certain areas (directions/bagua) of the home in individual rooms OR throughout a bldg for better flow of chi. I want 2 know if I could do this as a combo – move things around in an individual rm AS WELL as 4 the house in general. If so, does this confirm that each rm has its own N, NE, E, SE, S, SW, W & N directions? (I already understand the 5 elements 4 each direction). Will the placement of objects in a certain rm defeat the purpose of placement of objects in the bldg? Such as something against an E wall & a neighboring SE wall.

I’ve glanced thru books & visited various websites 4 info. I am hoping someone who is readily familiar w/Feng Shui can give me some advice, rather than directing me to a website or such. Any other additional relevant info would be appreciated (via email).

Please tell any of such websites that you will recommend to me, as we are both enthusiasts on web building. I want some sites that are easy to manipulate. My major point is to find these sites that just let users make the html file and NOT some sort of dragging elements here and there. And they just let make our html while they are to host them. In the next few days I am posting a brand new website that will primarly feature photography of a particular Canadian province. Do search engines take the names of DOM elements like divs and tables into account. So for example would a div called "some keyword" be better than one called "body"?
