can someone give me an example of a good schedule with tasks

Hi I recently started on freelancer.com by registering and I havn’t been able to win a single bid. Everyone on the site have such high ratings and good track records that I can simply not win a bid. How does one get your first job? And how does one build up a good trackrecord?

I have a small business that I would like to create a website for to help attrack business. I am looking for a local website design company or freelancer in the Phoenix area that I can work with to build my site. If anyone knows of such a company or person that you have had experience with it would be great. Thanks.

Ok I wonder if freelancer and professionals who build websites use Dreamweaver? To build the tables etc..? Or are they doing this from scratch? Or they already have a few templates and build there websites from there and add features etc..??
