I think I’m ready to make my home theater purchase after about 3 weeks of research. I wanted to spend under 00 and this is just under. What do you guys think of this combo? Are the speakers enough? My living room is about 200 sq ft. Is it wrong to get a 5.1 speaker system for a 7.1 reciever?

What else do I need for this? What kind of cables do I need for HD? Can anyone recommend any good TV stands? Any opinions are welcomed. Thanks!

Chewie, yes I’m sure you can get a better home theater system than the one I have, my question is – can you get a better one for under ,000?
Larry, the main living room area is 200 sq ft but that’s attached to the dining room and kitchen all in total about 700 sq. ft. Viewing area is between 7ft. and 11 ft. Do you still think 61 inch is too big?
Larry – what is a power conditioner, and what cables will I need beyond the ones that are included?

I am considering getting the new iphone 4 and it says it does 720p hd video. I want to make business videos for youtube and a website to market online. Do you think the video will be good enough for that and the sound quality good enough?

OnLive is just TOO affordable,and almost everyone can get HD 7-Gen games on their Windows 98 PC or conventional TV set.

Yes, I’m in the market for an HD video camera. But I would like an inexpensive one because I don’t have much money. But please don’t suggest a Flip camera.

I want something a little better than your average family video cam…but not looking to go full professional yet. Will be using footage to edit on FCP, HD preferred and would like it to record to a memory card instead of a tape.

I’m considering buying an HD video camera for home movies. I need to know which one will give the biggest bang for the least amount of money possible. I just don’t know enough about them to make a good decision.

My mini dv camera is dead, I want to replace it, but I don’t know if I should by another full size camcorder or one of these pocket ones. Video quality is more important to me than quick and easy.
