I’ve made a simple website to promote my mom’s new psychological counseling service. In the past, there were simple web pages that let you submit your site to different search engines. Now when I search for such a service, all I find are search engine optimization companies offering to do this for a fee. What’s the most straightforward way to do it on my own?

Okay so I have a camcorder, Panasonic, and my mom said it’s about ten years old. Doesn’t look it, but I guess it is. Whatev. Ok. So we went on a Polar Express train ride and I wanted to upload the video onto my computer and do stuff with it. Now, my computer is newer, not brand spankin’ new but it isn’t as old as this camcorder. At least the program runner isn’t. So everytime I hook the camcorder up, I can’t find the file on my computer. It says something about the software needed, but the camcorder came with no software. What do I need? And he’s solution two:

Okay, so we have a DVD recorder which is hooked up to our Dish Network box. So anytimewe want to record something, it always records what we’re "watching" on the Dish Network thing. So even if we’re watching a VHS or DVD hooked up to the TV, it will still record what’s playing from the Dish Network or.. yeah. SO, if I hook up that recorder to the TV instead of the Dish Network box, will it record what I’m actually watching on the TV? Example: I hook the VHS up and watch a tape; will it record the tape instead? If you took the time to read this, God bless you. Please help? Thanks so much people!

I am a mom of 3 looking for ways to promote my at home business but most of the business cards, flyers, promotions i have looked up are too expensive for the amount of items i would need to send out.

I’m familiar with Google Tools (Insight, Trends, SEO Book, etc. etc.). But it seems I can’t get enough information on strong keywords in Australia. Big things, like changing "mom" to "mum" make a huge difference in the trends, and a lot aren’t big enough to show up. If I do a search from my computer in the US, I’m not getting the same results they would in Australia. What’s the best way to be able to get a good geographical representation of keyword phrases for a specific country?
