I would like to design my own website but I never learnt programming or that kind of stuff at school. I’ve heard of programs such as Dreamweaver and Frontpage, but I don’t know how to use any of them. Another thing, how can I tell which is a good program to invest in for a beginner like me?

I am going to sell handmade items and am debating on whether I should create my own website or use etsy.com. First off, do I need a business license to sell these products on my own website? Do I need to file the income on taxes? Secondly, would etsy.com be better?

What I am suppose to do is create an exploded DFD (Data Flow Diagram) for all IT process that will be accomplished in your project (which is the church). What I don’t understand is what do I need to do. Do I need to make a diagram showing all the things that they will need for make the project work, the pricing for all the equipment, the training, how long it will take. I am just confused on what I am suppose to do. What the church wants is there own website and update there building (technology upgraded). Can anyone help me by explaining what I need to do?
