Hourly rate for Computer Graphics Work?

What would be a standard hourly rate for a computer graphics person who owns his/her business, all of the hardware, software, mouse tablets, and printers?

I have classroom training as well as many years of experience doing my own graphics and advertising. I was asked to do work for a couple of other people, but I am not sure what to charge.

Any advise would be helpful, I have already done overnight rush work for 0 an hour, I didn’t want to do the work, but they said oaid they had no one else to do the work and they said the price sounded great.
I am in the eastern Ohio area, my art practice stretches from Atlanta to Montreal and from Tanzania to the Philippines.

For the graphics arts, thing that is more localize to Ohio, W Va. and Westerb Pa.

Know of the Cagayan Church Excavated in the Philippines?

I glimpsed a feature yesterday on an ancient church that was recently unearthed in the Philippines, in Cagayan I believe. I’m trying to research on it, but none of my keywords are turning anything useful. Can anyone point me to the right direction?
I think Cagayan De Oro, I’ve tried Googling for the news article already and nothing has come up. I saw it on TV btw
