this guy i met off line sent me a link to his business site and i was wondering how i can know if its real?…the number on the page is his phone number.its like small business so he takes all the calls..no secretary or anything.

i just want to promote my construction business. i’m not looking to do any online sales. just want to list my services and phone number, and have a email acct for customers to email me. and i’d like to show pictures of my work. i’m looking to help people, from getting ripped off; by bad contractors. and want to provide cheap or free service for seniors. thanks for your time and website ideas

We are making an auction based website. And I am wondering do I need to register it like a business with physical address and phone number? or rather to live like that.
Also we have second project more like news channel online.
Personally I got feeling that we need to register auction business. Cuz news its non profit organization that gonna have income just from adds and some commercials.
But I might be wrong and want to confirm it.
