I mean I’d like REAL image protection with an add to cart shopping cart where I can print my prints directly from there and affordable. do you know any hosting that truly PROTECTS PHOTOS
I am planning to build a simple 5 to 10 pages website to introduce my shops, including maps, photos, phone no. etc. I have no prior experiance in building websites at all. What is the simplest soft please.
I am compiling an informative website that will use many many different websites/companies to build a website that others can use to reference specific items from one location. Do I have to ask each website for their permission, or can I use their links and photos at will?
I just don’t want to get sued. 
Okay…I’m not going to copy text. I for example have a section called "Handbags" Can I go to like Guess.com find a picture of a purse I think is cute, use the picture and reference guess.com on my website.
This is how I will be using website, anything from Target.com, Overstock.com, barnesandnoble.com, etc.
I need to know as much as possible by tonight or tomorrow! This is for class and Ive grown so far behind in it and Id like to get a good grade so any help is much appreciated! the photos unlock so that you can see them?
I am creating a website, and I need to be able to have a page, where you can login, and then upload your own photos etc: Does anyone know of the sourcecode, or software that will do this sort of thing? I am running Dreamweaver CS3.

For the last 2 years, I have been promoting for one of my friend’s bands, Adelitas Way (and yes, for those of you who watch E!, this is the same band featured on Paradise city with the same lead singer who was featured on VH1’s Strip Search).
The band and some others advertise with fliers, gigs, myspace, etc; I am in charge of contacting radio stations and promoting to them.
One new idea that I have come up with is to create a webpage that features a video with background music of their single and shows a bio and photos of the band, which will play as soon as the page is clicked on. There would be other photos of the boys, links to their myspace pages, individual bio’s for each, and a link to buy their cd outside of the video on the page. I might even add a quote from one or all of the boys which would explain to the viewers what the site is for and maybe something from their own perspective about the band.
As far as the webpage goes, do you have any other suggestions?
what I meant by "as soon as the page is clicked on" is as soon as someone clicks on the link to get to the page; in other words, it would start playing instantly.

Hello Yahoo, I am a entertainment promoter, would like to redo my website to more of a blog feel. I’ve been researching Squarespace and I like the feel of the CMS. Has anyone had any experience using this site? Pros / Cons? I also would like to add weekly photos of all my guests that attend my events to website also. Thanks for your help!
Can I post a celebrity photo on my business website?
I am a dog trainer. I have a picture with a celebrity ( Cesar Milan) that I would like to post on my website in with some photos of seminars I have taken. ( caption saying that he inspires me and that he is not sponsoring by business… ) The photo was taken by my camera at one of his seminars. Can I do this? is it legal?
