I need my website to rank high in a search (google preferably) for 3 specific words and I want some honest referrals. Please only answer if you have had real success through a company.

How do I find keywords that people use in organic search that lead them to come to my web site (not paid placement such as ppc, but organic search)? especially from Google and Yahoo?

I read about ‘research referrals’ in Search Marketing Inc by Mike Moran but it doesn’t talk about how to find research referrals.

this guy with like 10000 referrals told me to make a website and use search engine optimization. but i dont know what that means! so what? do i make a tumblr article and then have people search for it and get referrals? i dont get it. someone help please.

Does anyone know the correct IRS business activity code to use for a small business that makes money by marketing online (all pay per click search) for internet retailers and gets paid a commission for each referral that leads to a sale? (no inventory – just advertising and commissions based on sales referrals. All done online.)
