I was thinking of purchasing either the creative zen M, Toshiba Gigabeat S, or the sandisk e240…does anybody know any other one that’s better?… or give me the ups and downs about these players?…
I had the philips go gear, but the music just deleted and I can’t put any music back on.. do you know what I can do to make it work again?
I’m 20 years old.
I want to improve my game by also building up some muscle with weights (instead of just basketball exercises)
But I have no idea where to start.
I see a lot of free website for body building but all of them are focus on either getting real BIG muscles or just LOOKS!
Does anyone know any free BODY BUILDING websites that focuses and dedicated for the game of basketball?
(I’m not looking for basketball exercises there’s tons of that and I know a lot already)
Could anyone point in the direction? =)
Or if any know what kind of workouts would be good for basketball?
I play the Small Forward or the 3 position.
I’m trying to prove my :
-Shooting range (want to be able to shoot a couple of feet behind the 3pt line without really having to jump, I’m not sure what muscle to strengthen. I can’t do it right now with out changing my shooting form (normally my form is the Jason Kapono form)
-Vertical Jump (I know poly-metrics but I want to know what kind of weight workout increases vertical jump too, besides leg press or leg curls)
-Back (I have totally no idea about this one)
-Stomach/Abs (I only know sit-ups and crunches but people they’re bad for your back)

I’m not saying not using my legs at all.
I mean more like a set shot (of course you jump a bit) not a jump shot (think Ray Allen-jump shot against Brent Barry-set shot)
And I’m looking for free websites.
I just don’t trust to websites that tell you to pay stuff, and after all I’m kinda a beginner not trying to do anything really advance.

Result: King Cliff wins by doing the Muscle Buster and then a Tombstone on George Cliff, becoming the first ever T.V. Champion.
Gold Star vs. Bob vs. The Kidd vs. Brian Hardwick in a No DQ match
Result: Gold Star wins by low blowing The Kidd and then performing the Belt Buckle on Bob, becoming the first ever IC Champion.
Promo: C2 comes out and presents Miss Sexy Attitude with the Woman’s title. She signs the contract and rubs her title in everyone’s face.
The Siberian Wolverine vs. Risky Business.
Result: It’s a draw as both wrestlers touch the floor at the exact same time. C2 comes in and restarts the match. The Siberian Wolverine wins crazily as both of them are scaling the cage wall. Both of them sat on the top of the cage and go blow-for-blow. Risky Business accidentally hits The Siberian Wolverine too hard and he plummets down to the floor, becoming the first IHWF World Heavyweight Champion. (Siberian Wolverine sustained a concussion that should heal by next week.)

now, ive heard of all these ‘jocks’ who always brag on their websites about how they can do 200000 push ups and now they look like hulk hogan or whatever (steroids is probably more truthful) but keeping reps within the 6-10 rep range is meant to help more for building mass. does this apply to push ups too or should a more extensive amount be reached. Any help, much appreciated

What can you do when your business website’s e-mails are mislabelled as [[SPAM!!]] when you have never sent out newsletters and obviously never sent out any spam mail?
I also notice that e-mails from ups.com are even listed as Spam on my outlook these days. Anything can be done so that customers won’t see e-mails from business with good practice mislabelled as spam?

i am thinking of making a simple internet affiliate referral-based marketing system, kinda like spiderweb system and bear marketing system, that pretty much combines both of the spiderweb system and the bear marketing system (i have my sign ups sign up for both the spiderweb system and the bear marketing system, and complete all the steps in both of those systems). anyways, i was wondering how to code the referral system and the affiliate link system. is it very hard to do? ok thanks
