Marriott Rewards Visa Promotion?

I got a letter in the mail in late December/early January that mentioned something about a 5x rewards promotion for the Marriott Visa. I can’t find anything on their website. Did anyone else receive this and if so, can you paste the details of the promotion? Thanks!

This website business has no telephone, fax and email so how to trust give credit card?

This website http://www.phonestealth.com has no telephone number, fax or email. There is only a postal address given. There is an ICON at the website say they provide live support but it is always offline. How come VISA and Mastercard International allow this company use payment deduct facilities?
