The BEST book or website that teaches a beginner DSLR PHOTOGRAPHY?
Just starting out and need to know the basics that every photographer needs to know. I’ve taken pictures with point and shoots for years, but want to advance.
Needs to have photography terms and instructions for all aspects of photography… from which lenses to use for certain photos to cleaning the lenses (and everything in between).

There are way too many places on this subject to mention here. Film and digital SLR operations are quite similar with just one or two exceptions. Just do a search on beginning photography tutorials and you will find lots to read. Also, camera supply web sites have links you can use to get the basic tutorials as do some photo magazines. Search and enjoy.
