Top sites, to make websites? (Lets pretend that i made sense) XD?

Just wondering what are the top free web building websites?
Preferably ones that are that limited- easy to use- and it would be
great if someone could let me know about one that lets you pick your own name without promoting the webmaking site…

Freewebs.com, however, it doesn’t offer much freedom. Try registering for a free co.nk domain. I forgot the link, but co.nk sites are good to work with.
