What can you do when your business website’s e-mails are mislabelled as [[SPAM!!]] when you have never sent out newsletters and obviously never sent out any spam mail?

I also notice that e-mails from ups.com are even listed as Spam on my outlook these days. Anything can be done so that customers won’t see e-mails from business with good practice mislabelled as spam?
