Yahoo is ok but but is there a forum specifically forasking questions about building websites?

Is it strict HTML, or are you using PHP, or ASP or javascript. are you using a combination of the above?
Are you using msSQL or mySQL as a database?
personally I use http://www.phpfreaks.com
but then I am using a combination of HTML, Javascript, PHP, and mySQL
