What is the best hand-held HD video camera on the market?

just wondering…no matter the cost, i would like to know what the best video camera out there is.

please provide links please and maybe price as well.

"the best video camera" that is down to a couple of things personal preference, what you are going to use it for and format.

Its the same thing as whats the best car out there? some may say high performance sports car, but I have a family and live on a farm, along a mud road. so the sports car isnt much use, see what i mean
