There are many. I dont think you need to purchase because they are already available as 30 day trials etc.
For the HTML Codings:
1. Dreamweaver – http://www.macromedia.com/
2. Frontpage – http://www.microsoft.com/frontpage/
3. Adobe PageMill – http://www.adobe.com/
If you are new to web designing, I would suggest you to use Macromedia Dreamweaver.
If you are expert in web designing, I would again suggest you to use Macromedia Dreamweaver

There are tons of software that will help you to build websites, But the best by far is (DreamWeaver, and Swishmax)
There are tons out there. Some are free (and not always that great), some you can buy. Yes, Dreamweaver is the best (and the standard right now) but it costs hundreds of dollars. If you’re looking for something a little cheaper just search for ‘web design software’ or ‘HTML editor’ online.
Dreamweaver is the title of choice, but I recommend Nvu (www.nvu.com) because it is almost as good and it is freeware! One need not understand HTML with either of these programs. The user can lay out the page using a publisher-like interface and the program does the translation into HTML.
There are definitely a lot of programs that you can buy that automate web site building. Why dont you log onto the serif website they have lots of programs (early versions) that you can download free they have a web site building program called web plus that has loads of wizards and templates to use…..maybe better to try before you buy to see if the programs do what you want
