What Mci's should a 0313 complete for promotion to corporal?
Im an 0313 LAV Crewman in the Marine Corps. My Nco’s are constantly beating the dead horse of mci’s and how important they are. I logged on to the website and created an account now I dont know which Mci’s are right for me or which ones are interesting. If anyone has been in the same boat as me at one time and knows which ones are interesting, will help, and are required for promotion to Cpl from LcCpl. Thanks

Leading Marines is required to pick up, Counseling Marines looks really good since you will be doing that, do three that are relative to your job and do one outside of your job because Marines need to be flexible with other jobs.

As many as you can. Good luck getting promoted on your first enlistment though. Infantry cutting scores are fucking insane. A lot of outstanding LCPLs never make the cut.
You’d also better hope you have a high PFT.
