What to start a business website or Blog?

I have a business i wanted to start. I do not have a name yet registered. I really just wanna let people know i make these things first before i set up my business. To see if people really will buy my stuff should i do it with a website or blog about it. Is it ok to have a website with out a business name then name it later

So you are in planning stage. I suggest you to start a blog. And write everything about your business there. Spread your blog in all blogger community, social networking and social media sites. You will definitely get feedback from there.
