where can I find a freelancer to work on marketing my web sites?

I am a busy mom soon to be student with a job in need of a little help marketing my web sites. I know very little about how to work with goggle, sedsense, clickbank and promoting via articles. Iam looking for someone that will be resonable in there rates.
