There are many sites on the net where you can post what is is you are looking for and web designers can then submit bids for your project. Then you just choose who you want to do it for you. Elance, Guru, select a designer, are just a few examples.
You get what you pay for and bad design which usually means cheap design, will make your business look like a joke.
