Where is a good place start a website for business at a very low price?
I am starting a Virtual assistant business and would like to start building a website that can expand with me. I am on a very limited income so I need to start it for next to no money upfront. Please help.

How about for free? Microsoft will host a website for you for free. Visit http://www.officelive.com Follow the easy instructions, and presto ! you have a website with html, and you can design it yourself with their web design tools.
