If you only have minimum knowledge of HTML then you don’t know how to design a website even if you have the best WYSIWYG software. As for your company’s website, I would suggest purchasing a template or download one from http://www.oswd.org/
On the other hand, Dreamweaver is a good start on building a simple site.
You seem to know what you want to use. Why not get started?
I found a web site that has the works for you :
http://www.davesite.com/webstation/html/
Seems you already know what you need are working with the best there is, for a beginner – have fun!
The only software that i was told about and it is to be the most user-friendly is "Dreamweaver" i guess you could use Windows frontpage, for doing a web-site i have it but i do not use as i found it bit hard to get use to it.
Hope this helps

i could refer you to a friend of mine that’s very good in designing websites only if you give all the details and things that you want to see on your website and you can negotiate the fee for it. you can check out his portfolio at http://www.thinkpositivedesigns.com
